Refund policy

Exchanges

We can exchange an item within 14 days of its purchase. Send us an email at sales@michellestephanie.com to provide direction.

 

An exchange on a custom-made order with initials is only possible if a different piece of jewellery is ordered using the same initials.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, without having removed the label.

 

Our in-house jeweller will assess the item(s), and determine if there has been any damage to the item(s). If we determine there is damage, we will contact the number on file to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

You will also be responsible for covering the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new jewellery item.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days for all online purchases. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We do not accept returns on custom-made orders. For example, our collections with initials are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that you originally received via email.


To return an order, you should ship your item(s) to us, using the same courier service originally used to deliver the item(s) to you. For additional details please contact us.


You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. 

 

If you return a jewellery item for a refund, we will deduct a €6 shipping fee from your refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event of a defective or damaged item, please send us an email sales@michellestephanie.com to provide direction. Our primary aim will be to replace the item(s) or provide an alternative solution.
